Technical Summary / Abstract:

This work presents the theoretical addendum and the Π² cybernetic model, following the main essay, Π. The objective is to mathematically formalize the dialectical tension between the allocation of physical resources in cognitive systems (Π: Energy, Hardware, Data, Frequency) and the dynamics of internal and external constraints. Unlike reductionist approaches that equate raw power with cognitive emergence, the Π² model introduces a quadratic organization function demonstrating that a system lacking internal structure drifts toward chaos, whereas excessive internal control—or an "alignment tax"—causes functional sclerosis through the collapse of logical freedom. By contrasting this dynamic with the limitations of contemporary hegemonic computing infrastructures and hyper-centralized macro-social structures, the model demonstrates the structural impossibility of a "Centralized Oracle." Internal dogmatic stifling or environmental confinement at the denominator systematically neutralize physical inflation at the numerator. We thus prove that no brute-force infrastructure can compensate for the loss of systemic autonomy, thereby establishing cognitive freedom as a thermodynamic necessity.
