Who am I?
My name is Alexandre Patron. I am an independent researcher and philosopher specializing in the systemic structures that make intelligence possible — human, technical, and artificial.
My work focuses on the conceptual modeling of intelligence and on the analysis of control mechanisms that govern advanced cognitive systems. I explore how our current technical, logical, and institutional frameworks constrain or enable the emergence of more general forms of intelligence, and how these frameworks can be rethought to open new spaces of possibility.
With a background bridging computer science and philosophy, I approach intelligence as a structural phenomenon — a set of dynamics, constraints, and interactions that can be formalized. This perspective informs Project Π, a research program aimed at clarifying the systemic conditions of general intelligence and rethinking our models of control applied to AI.
